Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the HomeEase Finds online store and any purchase made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may change without notice. Handmade and natural-material products can have small differences in color, texture, dimensions, and pattern. These variations are part of the product and are not defects.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, delivery terms, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy shown in the store and at checkout.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, text, graphics, and product presentation may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. HomeEase Finds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted in the store applies from its publication date.
